Kat has lived everything she teaches, from reinventing her own life in Mexico during the pandemic to helping others navigate bold transitions. Her work is grounded in lived experience, direct action, and the belief that legacy is something you live now—not just leave behind.
How Kat Works With Clients
I specialize in coaching women facing a significant transition later in life… one of their choosing or NOT. Either way, it can be filled with uncertainty, new challenges, and new possibilities. They often wonder what else is possible, especially at this stage in their life. I support them in making the shift from doubt to do, which is also the title of my new book: From Doubt to Do: Navigating Your Pathway to Possibility.
By nature, I am all about envisioning new possibilities, even when they feel impossible. I am known for helping my clients courageously explore and pursue what they really want. I help them gain clarity around what they want the next chapter of their life to look like and why it's so important to them. Then, it's all about empowering them to leverage their why to create a “Hell, YES!” commitment to what's most important to them, with less stress and more fulfillment. Once they are clear and genuinely committed to making it happen, it's all about building their capacity for what's next. I help them understand their strengths and how they can use them to develop the mindset, knowledge, skills, and support they will need to bring their vision to life.
